What do you charge?

Every transaction will be charged on SharesVault at 4%. Price shown to buyers already includes this charge.

How do I buy shares on SharesVault?
A
Buyers can go to company’s page and “Post to Buy” with desired no. of shares and price. Buyers can even “Agree to Buy” on Seller’s post and if Buyer find terms and price suitable.

How do I participate in Private Placements?

Accredited registered investors automatically qualifies for each Private Placement by SharesVault. Each investors will be
notified when any new opportunities arrives on SharesVault.

What if you don’t offer a bulletin board in the Company whose shares I want to buy?

In this scenario, go to ‘Nominate Company’ and fill all necessary details. We will contact company and ask them to get
registered on our platform. Company needs to satisfy SharesVault criteria and also needs to pass through due diligence
to get registered.

What if I change my mind after I post a contract?
A
You can anytime with draw your post by login to your account. Transaction won’t be reverted if Escrow Agreement is
signed by both buyer and seller.

Can I see who the Seller is prior to signing a Post to Sell contract?

haresVault doesn’t disclose identity of buyer or seller.
7.
How do I know the Seller really owns the shares?
A
Once seller approves buyer post an Escrow Agreement will be sent to sign to both the parties (One after another). Once
SharesVault receives completely signed Escrow Agreement, it will setup an Escrow Account with Bank to facilitate trans
action where Buyer will deposit purchase amount and Seller will deposit Share Certificate. If one of them fails to provide
necessary stuffs than transaction failed.
8.
When do I have to pay the Purchase Price?

Buyer will do wire transfer of fund only after Seller delivered Share Certificate or other evidence of share ownership.
9.
How do I know what a fair price is for the shares? Can I rely on the information on your site?

SharesVault is not an adviser and provides no investment advice of any kind to Buyers or Sellers. Buyer only needs to
determine the real price of shares he/she wants to buy. SharesVault makes no effort to confirm the accuracy or complete
ness of any of this information.
10.
What responsibility or liability does SharesVault have for the transaction?
A
SharesVault is just disclosure platform and has no responsibilities or liability between Buyer and Seller transactions.
